Double District (2008)
Immersive stereoscopic dance performance choreographed by Saburo Teshigawara
Double District is a six-channel stereoscopic installation featuring dances performed by Saburo Teshigawara and Rihoko Sato, and choreographed by Saburo Teshigawara.
Volker Kuchelmeister led the technical development of the project. I provided software expertise, writing management software for the 12-camera recording system and adapted the source material for display in AVIE (Advanced Visualisation and Interaction Environment).
The work has been exhibited in multiple locations across Europe and Asia between 2009 and 2018.
